'Tra macerie di lutto' is a work about remembrance, about the ability of our mind to mutate an event into memory. How real is what we remember? How do time and memory change what we have actually experienced? The combination of acoustic instruments and electronics gives life to two compositions that seem to change continuously while remaining static, where the sound appears volatile while chasing an end that seems to never come. This release is inspired by ‘Tra macerie di lutto’, a poem by Alessandro Izzi.
