All in stock items will be processed for delivery within 3 business days from the date of your purchase. If you need to change your address before your order is delivered, please promptly email hello@objectsandsounds.com. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit.

Except for one-of-a-kind items, we offer free shipping under the following conditions:

 

Belgium >75€
Netherlands >85€
Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Denmark >100€
Rest of Europe excluding UK >200€
Rest of the world >300€

 

 

Orders that do not reach the free shipping threshold will be subject to additional shipping costs, which are calculated upon checkout. We make sure to pack your order carefully in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes, so they can withstand shipment abuse.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. National deliveries can take up from 1 to 3 business days while the rest of the world can take up to 30 business days. For countries within Europe, we also provide express shipping options on checkout. With express shipping, the delivery service will normally take 2 to 3 business days.  

Note that items for shipment to countries outside of Belgium may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all these fees. We are also not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

local pickup

We are happy to welcome you at Gewad 34 in Ghent for local pickup. We are open on Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00 or any other day of the week by appointment. 

returns

We will only refund or replace items that have a manufacturing defect. If you’re in possession of a defective item, please send us a mail at hello@objectsandsounds.com before sending any returns back to us. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the refund to be complete. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
