shipping & returns
All in stock items will be processed for delivery within 3 business days from the date of your purchase. If you need to change your address before your order is delivered, please promptly email email@example.com. We are not able to redirect orders once they are in transit.
We offer free shipping under the following conditions:
|Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Denmark||>100€|
|Rest of Europe excluding UK||>200€|
|Rest of the world||>300€|
Orders that do not reach the free shipping threshold will be subject to additional shipping costs, which are calculated upon checkout. We make sure to pack your records carefully in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes, so they can withstand shipment abuse.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. National deliveries can take up from 1 to 3 business days while the rest of the world can take up to 30 business days. Note that items for shipment to countries outside of Belgium may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all these fees.
local pickup or delivery
Are you based in Ghent? We’re happy to offer local pickup at Gewad 34/1 in Ghent or personally deliver your records at your address. Choose local pickup as a shipping option and we’ll get in touch with you by mail to arrange the details.
We will only refund or replace items that have a manufacturing defect. If you’re in possession of a defective item, please send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending any returns back to us. Please allow 3-5 business days after we have received your return for the refund to be complete. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you, however, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
