An herbal infusion that puts a special Japanese herb called shiso in the limelight. Shiso is in the mint family and its flavor is somewhat indescribable. It’s somewhere between, cinnamon, mint, anise and cumin. An unexpected yet harmonizing flavor that complements and accentuates the freshness of the other ingredients present.

Ingredients: Purple Shiso, Peppermint, Fennel Seed, Licorice Root
Flavor notes: Fresh, Minty, Anise
