A blend of Bacchus, Kerner and Müller-Thurgau grapes that grow on the Iphöfer Kronsberg. The grapes were fermented with the skin for ten days and then pressed, stored in wooden barrels, and drawn onto the bottles unfiltered. The wine has a pleasant coolness and freshness. As winemaker Laura Seufert says, "typical for mash-fermented wines from Keuperboden."
