The Pinot Noir grapes used on this rosé come from Durbach, Baden. They were grown by Laura's partner Matthias from Hofgut Wörner on terraced vineyards that are cultivated exclusively by hand. They were expanded in Laura's wine cellar in Iphofen, where the rosé matured in small barrique barrels and was bottled unfiltered. The result is a rosé with a lot of structure and elegance. Herbal and mineral: the taste of nature in a bottle.
